You see the work before you pay

Your first 100 products come back enriched for free, so the quality of the work is in your hands before any money moves. That file is yours to keep whatever you decide.

How long you have

At least 14 days from your purchase. Paddle is our merchant of record, so the 14 day minimum in Paddle's buyer terms applies to every order placed here. Ask us after that and we will still read it.

How a refund works

Paddle is our merchant of record and the seller on your receipt, so refunds are handled by Paddle and run under Paddle's buyer terms. An approved refund goes back to the payment method you paid with.

Asking for one

Email hello@inparticular.ai with your store URL and what fell short. A person reads it and takes it from there with Paddle.
